This year's virtual Annual Prevention Providers' Meeting (APPM) will provide opportunities to hear from national and local subject matter experts, engage with one another, and grow our knowledge and skills in topics that support Social Determinants of Health, Community-based Change / Community Connectedness, Trauma-Informed Care / Prevention Practice and Organizational Sustainability across Texas.
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission's Prevention and Behavioral Health Promotion Team invites all HHSC funded substance misuse prevention providers and their coalition members to participate in APPM 2022.

As a registrant, you will have access to the APPM 2022 Virtual Lobby where you will be able to review the sessions, read presenter biographical sketches, and download participant materials. You will also use the Virtual Lobby to join the sessions. Much like at an in-person conference, participants will be able to return to the Virtual Lobby to navigate between sessions.
All APPM sessions will occur live over Zoom. Participants do not need a Zoom account nor the Zoom app to join APPM (one can join through any web browser), but they will need access to a reliable internet connection with audio.
Participants may earn up to 15.5 Continuing Education Hours (CEHs).*
